The pattern you keep repeating
You know exactly what you'd tell a friend to do. But when it's your turn, the same old routine runs on autopilot — and the week ends looking like the last one.
A 10-session course from a licensed counselor
Mindset Evolution is a 10-session online course from a licensed counselor. The tools come from the therapy room. The course brings them into everyday life — one week at a time, with Michael and a community doing the same work alongside you.
Takes about two minutes on Skool. Card required, not charged for 7 days. Cancel in two clicks.
Two minutes. You're in the community and Session 1 opens right away.
About an hour with the Session Guide, then post your first weekly commitment.
Ten weeks of building patterns on purpose — with Michael and the community alongside you.
Sound familiar?
Most people don't need more information. They need a way to keep moving towards what matters when their mind is pulling the other direction.
You know exactly what you'd tell a friend to do. But when it's your turn, the same old routine runs on autopilot — and the week ends looking like the last one.
"Not yet." "Who am I kidding." "I'll start when things settle down." Your mind offers a hundred reasons, and they sound convincing in the moment.
Discomfort shows up, and the fastest way to make it go away wins — even when that pulls you away from the people and goals you care about most.

The approach
The course is built on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — one of the most researched approaches in modern psychology, and a model used in therapy around the world. Here it's taught as a course: you'll learn to notice your patterns, unhook from unhelpful thoughts, make room for hard feelings, and take action towards what you value — not because it's easy, but because it matters.
This isn't about thinking positive. It's about seeing clearly what's helpful and what isn't, then choosing your next move on purpose.
What's inside
Each session is about an hour: a video lesson from Michael, a printable Session Guide with the worksheets, and one action for the week ahead. The sessions build on each other — the order is the method.
Make a commitment to yourself and get clear on what you want your life to be about.
Preview the Session 1 Guide (PDF)Build meaningful goals and an action plan that let you know you're heading in the right direction.
What happens when life gets difficult, and how to keep moving towards what matters anyway.
The passengers on the bus: thoughts and feelings that try to steer. Name yours, and trade the discomfort scale for the willingness scale.
Change your relationship with your mind so unhelpful thoughts stop deciding your next move.
The brain's spotlight on danger, grounding through the five senses, and making room — having a feeling without letting it choose the direction.
The wall between you and the life you want isn't made of danger — it's made of discomfort. Notice what the brain wants and choose the opposite, in small repeatable moments first.
How the brain turns chosen actions into automatic patterns, and where to focus first.
Strategies for continuing long after the course, and the start of your Ongoing Growth Plan.
Package everything you've built so it travels with you, whatever direction you choose from here.
Why weekly? The rhythm gives you time to reflect, take action, and build momentum between sessions. Plan on about an hour for each session plus practice during the week. Some sessions can be stacked; most people get more from taking them one week at a time.
The community
Watching a video changes very little. Saying out loud what you're going to do this week, and having people notice whether you did it — that changes things. That's what the community is for.
What you get
Weekly commitments, live Q&A, challenges, and Michael reading and responding — for the whole course and after.
Guided lessons from Michael, released weekly. Pause, reflect, and write as you go.
A printable Session Guide for every session, with the exercises and reflection prompts used in the lesson.
A personal plan you build in the final sessions so the growth continues after session 10.
Who it's for
The skills are the same. What changes is where you point them.
You're functioning fine on paper, but you keep circling the same goals without landing them. You want a clear, structured way to actually change your patterns.
You've done the work of stepping away from what wasn't helpful. This is the second job: building a life that feels worth showing up for. Mindset Evolution is fulfillment-based and complements the professional care you may already have — it doesn't replace it.
You lead people or run something of your own. You want to follow through on what matters under pressure, make decisions from your values, and stop letting stress set the agenda.
If that's where you are today, please start with professional support. Here's where to find it.
The real question
Most online courses are never completed. Mindset Evolution is built so that following through is the easy part, not the hard part.
Sessions are released on a weekly rhythm, so there's always one clear next step — never a wall of videos.
Session 1 starts with a written commitment: when, where, and how long. It's the first pattern you build.
You write as you watch. The worksheets turn each idea into one action for the week ahead.
Michael and the community are in the same Skool space. Post a check-in, ask a question, come back after a hard week.
Why Michael built this
For more than a decade, Michael has helped people understand how a "normal" human brain leads us into automatic patterns — and how intentionally practicing new patterns gradually rewires the brain so the new ones become automatic instead. Over time, that makes it easier to consistently move towards the life you want to live.
Along the way, he recognized that many of the research-based strategies capable of creating meaningful, lasting change are only accessible inside a one-on-one therapy setting, yet they benefit far more people than those seeking treatment. Plenty of excellent books introduce these ideas. But knowledge alone rarely creates lasting change. Without guidance, structure, and practical application, it's hard to turn what we know into the patterns that shape our everyday lives.
After more than 18 months of development and a decade of testing these strategies with clients, Michael built Mindset Evolution to make the tools accessible to as many people as possible while preserving the guided experience that makes one-on-one work so impactful. It was never meant to be just another online course. It was built to become a community where people learn through the guided sessions and through one another.
These are the same tools Michael uses in his own life. As he puts it in Session 1: without them, he wouldn't have had the opportunity to go through these sessions with you.

No. It's an educational course. It's built on ACT, a model that is used in therapy, but the course itself isn't designed as treatment — therapy takes your history, your health, and your circumstances into account, and a course can't. The tools pair well with therapy if you're in it, and they don't require it.
Plan on roughly an hour for each session — watching the video and completing the Session Guide — plus small practice actions during the week. One session a week is the recommended rhythm.
Not at all. Everything is explained in plain language, with exercises you can put to use the same day.
You'll finish with an Ongoing Growth Plan, and your membership drops to $19.99/month for continued access to the community, live Q&A, and any new sessions or updates. Stay as long as it's useful; cancel whenever it isn't.
Because it's built for that. Sessions arrive one a week so there's never a backlog, each one ends with a single action you post in the community, and Michael and the other members see whether you showed up. Most courses hand you a library and wish you luck. This one is designed around following through.
Only members of the private Mindset Evolution community — nothing is public, and there's no algorithm or advertising. You choose what you share. Plenty of people start by watching and post when they're ready.
No. Camera off is fine, and you can listen without speaking. Come as you are.
Life happens. Sessions stay available once released, so you can pick up where you left off. The community is there for exactly those weeks — post a check-in and keep going.
Yes. Cancel any time from your Skool account. If you cancel during the 7-day trial, you won't be charged.
